摘要:以三甘醇和异辛酸为原料,在活性白土的作用下,催化酯化合成三甘醇二异辛酸酯。考察
酸醇物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂用量、带水剂用量等条件对酯化反应的影响,确定最佳合成工艺
条件。合成三甘醇二异辛酸酯的最佳条件为酸醇物质的量比为4:1,反应时间为5h,催化剂用量
为8%,帯水剂用量为33%,三甘醇转化率可达93.45%。催化剂不经任何处理重复使用3次后,三
甘酶转化率有所下降,但催化剂经过再生后,三甘醇转化率可达93.2%,产品经气相色谱分析三甘
醇二异辛酸酯合量为77.01%,三甘醇一异辛酸酯含量是14.48%。

Abstract: Synthesis of triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexoate from triethylene glycol and 2-ethylhexanoic acid
with activated clay as catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction conditions, such as mole ratio of 2-eth-
ylhexanoic acid to triethylene glycol, rection time, catalyst dosage and toluene dosage were examined. The
optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: n(2-ethylhexanoic acid): n(triethylene glycol)=4
1; reaction time, 5.0 h; catalyst dosage, 8%(mass of catalyst relative to total mass of 2-ethylhexanoic acid
and triethylene glycol); toluene dosage, 33%(mass of toluene relative to total mass of2-ethylhexanoic acid
and triethylene glycol) The conversion of triethylene glycol by the process achieved 93.45%. The conver
sion of triethylene glycol was decreasing after reuse of the catalyst for 3 min without any treatment. How-
ever, after regeneration of the catalyst the good catalytic activity was recovered, and the conversion re
mained at 93.2%. In the product the content of triethylene glycol di-2-ethylhexoate was 77.01%, and the
content of triethylene glycol 1-ethylhexoate was 14. 48%
