全氟王烯氧基荞磺酸钠与四丁基溴化铵的相互作用

摘要:通过全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠(CF1OCH4S02Na,OBS)与四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)的复配,研究了OBS与
TBAB复配体系的表面性能和润湿性能。在不同摩尔比下碳氟表面活性剂与季铵盐复配体系的临界胶束浓
度(cmc)、最低表面张力(y。)、复配体系的总饱和吸附量(m)和极限分子面积(Amn)的研究结果表明,在最
佳等摩尔比时,体系的cme和y。m被降到最低,获得了最大总饱和吸附量(m)(5.27mol-cm2)和最小的极
限分子面积(An)(0.32mm2),使其在水溶液中的表面性能增强。同时等摩尔比的复配体系,在大于
0.10mmol·'的浓度区复配体系接触角较小,显示比较好的润湿性

Effects of blend surfactant on performance of p-perfluorononenyloxy benzene
sulfonate and tetraalkylammonium bromides complex systems

Abstract: In this work, p-perfluorononenyloxy benzene sulfonate( C F Ocs$0 Na, OBS )was mixed with tetraalkylammonium
bromide(TBAB), and then the surface properties and wettability of OBS and TB AB mixtures were studied. The critical micelle co-
centration(cmc, the minimum ur ae ens on(m)the max mum sur ace amount adsorbed(T)and the limited surface area per
molecule(A,)of the fluorinated surfactant and quaternay ammonium salt mixtures under different molar ratios were investigated. It
showed that, the critical micelle connation(m )and he minmum sufa ension(y)of e mix ure were the lowest under the
molar ratio of 1 1 which showed the best surface activity. Under the circumstances, the maximum surface amount adsorbed(Im)
5. 27 mol cm )was the largest one and the limited surface area per molecule (A)was the smallest one(0. 32 nm"). The
mixtures surface properties was enhanced. Meanwhile, the wet ability of the mixed system were explored under 1 1 molar ratio. The
contact angles of the mixed system were smaller at the concentration period which was more than. 10 mmod. L, and it showed the
bettler wettability

氟表面活性剂是一类将传统的碳氢表面活性性,含氟烃基使其既憎水,又憎油,成为具有“
剂分子中烃基上的H原子部分或全部用F原子取高”、“两憎”的特殊性能表面活性剂り。目前,新
代,具有高表面活性,高耐热稳定性及高化学稳定型阴离子表面活性剂全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠
