    定程圆柱基准声学温度计初步研究

    摘要:热力学温度的准确測量是制定和修订国际温标的基础。在中低温区范围,声学温度计具有最小测量不确定度,对热力
    学温标定值和国际温标修订具有重要影响。本文介绍了国际上首次以定程圆柱声学共鸣腔为基础,建立的定程圆柱声学温度
    计实验系统,包括共鸣腔和爪力舱组成的实验本体、声学和微波频率测量系统、压力测量系统、温度测量系统以及数据采集分析
    系统。在这个实验系统上,测量了323.150K温度零压カ下的纯氩气声速,实验结果显示纯径向模式外推值的相对标准偏差为
    4.68×10-,在国际温度计量界球形和准球形共鸣腔基准声学温度计(1-5)x10°的不确定度范固内,初步研究验证了采用边
    界层扰动修正对于定程圆柱声学温度计准确测量热力学温度的有效性,并由此了解了更精细修正的方向,验证了微波诺振法测
    定圆柱共鸣腔体直径的可用性和准确性。该研究为进一步扩展温度范围和改善测量不确定度奠定了基础。

    Abstract: The accurate measurement of thermodynamic temperature is the basis of the const ruction and revision of the In
    ternational Temperature Scale (ITS ). The acoustic thermometer has the lowest measurement uncertainty over the low and
    middle temperature range, and has significant impact on the scaling of thermodynamic temperature and the revision of TIS
    This paper introduces the fixed path length cylinder acoustic thermometer experiment system that was built for the fir
    time in the world based on fixed path Jength cylinder acoustic resonator. The thermometer experiment systemn consists of the
    basic assembly that is composed of the ylindrical resonator and pressure vessel, the acoustic and microwave resonance fre
    quency measurement system, the gas handling, pressure measurement and control system, the temperature measurement sys
    tem, and the data acquisition and analysis system. On this system, the acoustic speeds of pure argon were preliminarily
    measured at 323. 150 K and zero pressure. Experiment results show that the relative standard deviation of the extrapolation
    in pure radial mode is 468x10 which alls within e uncertainy range of(I 5)x 10 for the spherical or quasi
    spherical resonator primary acoustic thermometers in inteational temperature metrology field. Preliminary research result
    testifies the effectiveness of the adopted boundary layer erturbation corrections in using the fixed-path-length cylindrical
    resonant thermometers to accurately measure thermodynamic temperature. The study also points out the direction to imple
    ment further corrections of the imperfect perturbations, and demonstrates the availability and accuracy of using microwave
    resonant method to measure the diameter of he linder resonator. The study lays a sound foundation for further extending
    the temperature range and narrowing the measurement uncertainty.
