富GABA米糠改善大鼠氧化应激和肝功能损伤

摘要:研究富伽马魚基丁酸(γ- aminobutyric acid,GABA)米糠有效政善高脂饮食诱发大鼠氧化应激和肝功能损伤。
添加GABA前体物I-谷氮酸,通过原米糠中脱酸酶转化获得富GABA米,其中GABA的含量由32mg/100g升高至
242ng100g原米、GABA米糠分别添加到高脂饲料,试验大鼠分为正常对照组、高脂饲料组、普通米糠组和富
GABA米糠组,考察普通米糠、富GABA米槺对高脂饮食大鼠的体重、肝指数、肝功能及氧化应激的影响。富CABA米檍
组大鼠体重明显低于高脂饲料组大鼠和普通米糠组大鼠(p<0.5),富CABA米糠在减轻肝脏细胞脂肪变性、降低转酶
及碱性磷酸酶、改善肝脏氧化应激等方面优于菁通米糠组大鼠

Abstract High-fat diet induced oxidative stress and liver function injury in rats were effectively improved
through investigating Gaba-enrich rice bran. The natural rice bran was transformed into the Gaba-enrich rice
bran by virtue of aminobutyric acid enzyme, which was acquired by adding GABA precursor substance L-GLU
tamic acid into it. It was clearly found that the content of GABA increased from 32 mg/100 g to 242 mg/100 g
