    中文摘要
    我国供应链绩效测量体系的硏究尚处于起步阶段,当前应用较多的是SCOR
    模型和供应链平衡记分卡。SCOR模型通过对供应链流程的层次分析为供应链的
    改善提供了有效途径。供应链平衡记分卡虽然有不同的体系,但都是基于传统的
    平衡记分卡,针对供应链的特点加以变化而得到的。
    Chris A, Miller t(2001)提出了两个供应链绩效测量系统的设计模型,其一是
    基于策略的观点进行纵向因果分析,其二是基于流程的观点进行横向分析。这
    两个模型提供了分析、理解供应链中各企业实际设计过程的参照基础,确定了供
    应链成员企业在供应链绩效测量系统设计上的合作领域,并提出了各个界面整合
    的本质与内容。
    本文以中新药业集团的供应链为例,分别研究了供应链成员企业(客户、焦
    点公司、供应商和运输公司)开发的供应链绩效测量系统,并与 Chris A.Milr
    的两个模型进行比较。供应链成员企业在供应链中所起的作用和系统开发过程的
    规则各有不同,因此在供应链绩效测量系统的设计方法上存在差异。文章识别了
    供应链成员企业在绩效测量设计方面的合作领域,并评估了各个成员企业在整合
    时的响应水平。通过分析比较,构建了中新药业集团供应链成员企业绩效测量系
    统设计框架,提出供应链成员企业绩效测量的特性及重要指标,并为整个供应链
    绩效量系统的整合提出一个可行的实施方案。

    ABSITRACIN
    Our country supplies the research of measuring the system of the performance of
    the chain and is still at the starting stage, there is varied of applications of two systems
    SCOR (e.g. supply chain operations reference)model and Supply Chain Balanced
    Scoreboard in China. SCOR model has offered the effective way improving the
    performance of supply chain by analyzing the procedure of supply chain in each level
    There are different type systems about Supply Chain Balanced Scoreboard that are all
    on the basis of applying Balanced Scoreboard in enterprises traditionally, changing
    the characteristic of supply chain.
    Chris A. Miller 2001 )have proposed on the basis of the existing research
    document and personal view of studying that two design model of supply chain
    performance measurement system. One of them is a view based on strategy, carry
    on the cause and effect analysis of the vertical direction; And another one is the view
    based on procedure, carry on the analysis of the horizontal direction. These model
    have offered and analyzed that understand the comparative foundation of real desig
    process that the participant utilize of the case. On the basis of these models, Chris A.
    Miller has compared the supply chain performance measurement and measurement
    cooperation field of systematic design among member companies in supplying chain
    with. and has estimated the essence and content combined on each interface
    This article regards the supply chain of the TIANJIN ZHONGXIN
    PHARMACETUICAL GROUP CORPORATICAL LIMITED as an example case
    Comparing with two models of Chris A. Miller(2001),we discusses and analysis the
    supply chain performance measurement systems and development process utilized by
    member company(the customer, focus company, supplier and transport supplier), as
    well as understood the essence of the processes. From the function of each member
    company among supply chain and the rules of developing supply chain performance
    measurement system, there is nothing in common with each other, reflecting measures
    the difference on the design of supply chain performance measurement system,
    comparatively regular and systemic with the focus company among them. The article
