摘要:长水平段储层非均衡开采会导致过早见水或见气,实际生产中在隔离封隔器之间使用流
入控制装置(ICD)調节隔离井段的产液剖面,但ICD不能根据储层生产动态进行自我调节,整于
此,研发了多节点全电动智能完井系统。该系统的独特特征是应用井下阀将长水平井筒分隔为多个
生产单元,用单根TEC电缆对每个生产单元的流入进行远程单独控制。介绍了传统流入控制装置完
井技术和 Multinode全电动智能完井系统组成及优勢,以完井管柱中安装了传统ICD的一口水平井
数据分析为出发点,对多节点智能完井设计进行了研究,分析了其潜在优勢并介绍了其首次现场应
用情况。最后建议加强与AFCD井下阅和 Multinode全电动智能完井系统功能类似的流入控制工具
及智能完井技术研发,为我国向隐蔽油藏和边际油藏等难动用油藏开发提供坚实的技术储各

Research and Application of Multinode Intelligent Completion Technology

Abstract: Uneven production along the long horizontal section could result in premature water or gas break-
through. Inflow control devices (ICD) )are usually applied between the isolation packers to adjust the production
profile of isolated well section. The ICD unable to be adjusted according to the reservoir production. To address the
issue, a multinode all-electric intelligent completion system has been developed. A unique feature of the system is
that the active flow control device is applied to divide the long horizontal wellbore into multiple production units and
a single TEC cable is used to remotely control the inflow of each production unit separately. The traditional inflow
control device completion technologies and the Multinode all-electric intelligent completion system components
and advantages have been introduced. Taking a horizontal well with completion string installed with traditional ICD
as case study the multinode intelligent completion design has been studied. The potential advantages and its first
field application have been introduced. Final recommendations are proposed to promote research and development of
AFCD ownhole valve, inflow control tools with functions similar to Multinode all-electric intelligent completion
system and intelligent completion technology, in order to provide solid technical reserves for hidden and marginal
reservoir development
