摘要
在现代企业里,传统的信息交流方式早已不能满足企业对大量信息的快速传递与处
理,而网络办公与管理的应用满足了企业的办公网络化、自动化的管理需求。它可以极
大提高企业内部的管理水平,进而全面提升企业在市场竞争中的综合竞争力。本论文结
合一个实际的应用课题,提出基于ASP.NET技术的办公自动化系统的设计与实现。
论文首先结合对浙江维达线业有限公司的现状,对其进行需求分析,建立对象、动
态和功能模型。第二,本论文着重研究如何采用ASP.NET技术进行系统分析和设计,并
给出浙江维达线业有限公司办公系统的设计过程,办公自动化系统的特点及层次结构
第三,本论文按照先进的B/S处理模式,设计完成办公自动化系统,并详细阐述其关键
技术和功能,从而为办公自动化系统在各类企业中的广泛应用提供理论和实践上的支
持。最后本论文指出办公自动化系统中面临的安全问题,并提出相应的方法与策略。
该办公自动化系统已经投入运行,基本实现了公司所提出的各种需求。加快了公文、
信息的传递速度,方便了领导和办公人员实时交互办公,极大地提高了各部门工作人员
的工作效率,减轻了相关人员的劳动强度,使日常办公的各个环节系统化、流程化,便
于内部事物的管理。

Abstract
In modern enterprises, the traditional information-sharing strategy has already not met the
requirements of rapid transmission and processing of large amounts of information, while the
application of office network and mana ement can meet the enterprises requirements of
office networking and automation. Most importantly, it can greatly improve enterprises
internal affair management level, and then enhance their overall competitiveness in the severe
market competition. In this paper, the author combines a practical application program and
then puts forward the design and implementation of the office automation system which is
based on the ASP. NET technology
Firstly, according to the status quo of the Weida Line Co, Ltd, Zhejiang, the paper carries
out a needs analysis to establish the object, dynamic and functional models. Secondly, the
paper focuses on the ways of applying the ASP. NET technology and carries on system
anal ysis and design. And then it illustrates the office system design process, the features and
the hierarchical structure of the office automation system of the Weida Line Co, Ltd.
Zhejiang. Thirdly, in accordance with the advanced B/S processing model, the paper
completes the office automation system design, and illustrates its key technology and
capability, thus provides theoretical and practical support for the wide application of the
office automation system in various kinds of enterprises. Finally, the paper affirms that office
the automation system is still confronted with some issues in security aspect, then proposes
some appropriate methods and strategies
The system has been put into operation, and basically meets the enterprises various kinds
of needs. It not only accelerates the transmission speed of documents and information, but
also facilitates the real-time interactive office work between leaders and office staffs. Most
importantly, it greatly improves the work efficiency of the staffs in different departments, and
reduces the labor intensity of the relevant personnel. As a result, all aspects of daily office
become systematic and process-oriented; especially the management of internal affair
becomes convenient
