兰州客车车辆段工艺设计优化及创新研究

摘要:论述厩有兰州客车段修工艺落后严重,无法适应客车检修量日益増长需求,针对目前其存在的问题,从满
足铁路客运安全、快捷及现代化检修工艺的需求方面出发,指出兰州车辆段迁建工程的必要性。在分析兰州局管
内客车检修任务量、设计规模的碁础上,对年辆段总平面布置、既有房屋利用、組合车库布置形式进行优化设计,创
新采用跨涵组合厂房设计、组合车库检修工艺设计,結合段址特点确定车辆段迁建工程的最终方案,为后续同类项
目规划设计提供借鉴。

Research on Optimization and Innovation in Process Design
of Lanzhou Passenger Car Rolling Stock Deport

Abstract: This paper discusses the past repair processes employed previously by Lanzhou Passenger car
rolling stock depot, which fall far behind, unable to adapt to the growing demand for passenger car
repairing, and addresses the existing problems related to passenger safety, the efficient and quick
repairing process for the need of Lanzhou depot. It analyses the repairing workload within Lanzhou
Railway Bureau, the design scale and optimizes the design of the general layout of the depot, utilization
of existing buildings, layout of combination garage. Innovative cross culvert plant design and repairing
process design of combination garage are employed. The depot relocation project program in the light of
the characteristics of the site is finalized, which provide references for the design of future similar projects
