湖北西部地区准老年人养老意愿及老年护理需求的调查研究

摘要】目的了解湖北西部地区准老年人的养老意题与老年护理需求,为未来实现健康老龄化及培养专业老
年护理人才提供参考。方法于2013年1-3月,米用方便抽样法抽取湖北西部判门、宜昌、恩施、十堰地区,然后
以城乡、性别为特征,米用分层抽样方法抽取40周岁及以上至末满60周岁年龄段的准老年人进行问卷式调查。自行
设计问卷,问卷内容主要包括一般资料、养老意愿及护理需求三部分。发放问卷800份,回收800份,有效问卷771
份,有效回收率为96,4%。结果771人中,有617人(占80.0%)打算家庭养老;如知经济条件允许,希望年老后由
专业护理人员照顾的仅有131人(占17.0%);有43人(57.5%)认为专业老年护理人员的职业道徳需要加强;有
368人(占47.7%)认为职业道徳是其最重要的素质;有540人(占70.0%)认为老年护理人员需要学历教育。结论
湖北西部地区准老年人的传统养老思想根深蒂固,对老年护理工作缺乏正确认知。应建立使全并推广社区ー居家养
老模式,加大养老知识政策宣传カ度;提高老年护理人员的地位待遇,培养高素质老年护理专业人オ。

A Survey of Senior-citizens-to-be's Tendencies to Ways of Caring for the Aged and Their Needs on Nursing in the

(Abstractobjective To have a beter understanding of the tendencies to ways of caring for the aged and needs for
nursing of those senior-citizens-to-be(aging from 40 to 60 )so as to provide references for realizing healthy and successful ag-
ing and nurturing professional nursing staff for the elderly. Methods A convenient sampling method was used first and then ac-
cording to the characters of urban or rural areas, and gender, a stratified sampling method was used to extract middle-aged peo
ole aging from 40 to 60 in western areas of Hubei Province including Jingmen, Yichang, Enshi and Shiyan who were investigated
by filling out self-made questionnaires including general information, preference for social care and nursing needs.800 question
naires were sent out and all were returned including 771 valid ones with the effective rate of.4%. Results Among the 771
617(80.0%)chose to be cared at home. If finance permitted, only 131(17.0%) preferred to be cared by professional nur-
ses.443(57.5%)thought that the professional moral of the elderly-nursing staff should be strengthened. 368(47.7%
thought that the professional moral was the most important quality. 540(70.0%) thought that nursing staff for the elderly needed
higher education. Conclusion The targeted population in western areas of Hubei Province has deep-rooted traditional endow-
ment ideas and is lack of correct understanding of nursing for the aged. It is needed to establish, improve and popularize communi
ty -family endowment model lo make more people well informed of the knowledge and policies on caring for the aged and improve
the social status and treatment of the nursing staff for the aged and nurture more qualified professionals

我国自推广计划生育以来诞生了大量的4-2-1家庭,这及以上人口占8.87%,比2000年人口普査上升1.91个百分
