摘要
金属铝及其合金具有许多优良的性能,其产量仅次于钢铁,并占据有色金
属产量的首位。随着铝行业的兴旺,作为生产金属铝原料的氧化铝工业近年来
蓬勃发展,竞争日趋激烈。如何在激烈的竞争中节约成本,增加效益,是摆在
每个氧化铝企业面前的重要问题。氧化铝烧结法生产工艺具有可以处理中低品
位铝土矿的优点,但同时有流程长、能耗高、成本高等显著缺点,成本难以创
造效益,必须进行改造。
本文分析了10万吨/年产量烧结法生产氧化铝装置的利弊,讨论了烧结法
生产氧化铝工艺改造为低温拜耳法氧化铝生产工艺的可行性,同时对改造的工
业化实践及其结果进行了研究。以进口三水铝石型铝土矿为原料,利用烧结法
溶出及中压脱硅系统可以满足低温拜耳法所需的低温(140-145℃)溶出工艺的
特点,采用烧结法工艺的基本设备进行适当改造,同时建设新槽体和管道来增
大系统总液量和流量以确保产能,将氧化铝烧结法工艺改造成低温拜耳法工艺,
缩短了流程,降低了能耗,平均旽氧化铝降低成本约400元。对原料磨生产优
化以及利用改造后闲置设备对矿浆磨制系统优化进行了深入研究,改造矿浆磨
制电耗降低了1.01度电/立方矿浆。

Abstract
Aluminum and its alloys have many excellent properties, Its output second only
to iron and steel and occupy the top of the non-ferrous metal production. As the boom
in the aluminum industry, Alumina which is raw materials of aluminum is booming
Alumina industry competitive is very fierce. How to reduce costs is thinked by every
alumina enterprise Sintering method alumina production have a good characteristic. It is good
to Treatment of low grade bauxite. But it have same bad characteristics. ]t have a long
technological process, not energy saving, and high-cost. The cost can not create benefit, so it must
be changed.
The thesis study on the pros and cons in annual yield 100000t of sintering method
alumina production plant And study on the feasibility for the sintering method production
process transformation to become the low temperature by Bayer production process. As the same
time, Study on the indus ia practics and heir resul s of the transformation. With the imports of
bauxite gibbsite, the low temperature by Bayer produce the alumina in low
temperature(140-145) The stripping system and the silicon removing system of the sintering
method alumina production can meet the requirements of temperature. So, use the equipment of
sinering method alumina production to produce alumina in low temperature by Bayer
transformation with some reform. At the same time construct some troughs and
conduits to increase the material flow and prolong the residence time of materials

use of idle equipment are in-depth studied. Modification of better achievements in energy saving
