摘要
随着我国国民经济和社会信思化建设进程,如金融信息化、电子商务、电子
政务的快速发展,急需解决经济、文化等重要领域信息系统的信息安全问题,提
高安全保护水平,增强信息安全积极防御与反应能力。
IC(集成电路)卡储存容量大、方使携常、全性相对较高等优点使得IC
卡得到了广泛的应用,给人们1的生活带来约巨大的便利。正因为IC卡同人们的
生活密切相关,其保证信息安全的能力非常重要。IC卡诞生之初一度被人们认
为是安全的,因为其数据处理都在芯片内部实现,仅仅通过少数几个管脚和外部
联系,而在其中实现的操作、安全算法被认为不会受到攻击。但随着各种分析技
术的发展,针对1C卡的攻击方法越来越多,越来越高明。因此,必须不断的提
高IC的安全性,不断寻找高效低成本的方法。
本文针对IC卡的各种人为攻击进行研究,并着重对物理攻击进行研究。在
些IC卡安全芯片上,实现了多种物理抗攻击方法的实施,包括多种检测电路,
冗余版图等等。些方法经过仿真和测试被认为是有效的。一些方法的有效性可
能还需验证。
TC卡芯片的安全技术不断向前发展,各种攻击手段也在层出不穷,攻击与
抗攻击将是IC卡发展道路上的主题。

Abstract
With the development of our country's national economy and construction of
social informationalization, such as the rapid growth of financial informationalization
e-commerce and e-administration, it has become imperative to give solutions to
problems of information security in major informational systems of economy, culture
and so on, in order to raise the level of security protection, and improve the
self-protecting and active reacting power of information
The application of IC(intergreted Circuit)cards is widely for Its large memory
carry-home and information security that promotes peoples convenience. ust
beacause IC cards closely to people's life, its information security is very important. It
was considered security when IC cards just appeared because it is only several pins.
so data processing inside the chip is secure. The security arithmetic and any operation
inside the chip are not considered being attacked. But as the technology of chip
analysis improvement, the attack method aim at IC cards are more and smart. So, we
must look for effective and low cost method to impove the security of IC cards
The contrived attack especially as the contrived physical attack are studied in this
paper. There are many anti-attack method such as sensors, dummy layout and so on
are realized in some intergrated circuit chips. Some method are validated effectively
through simulation and test, and the others need to validate
Information security technology of IC cards is improving all along and the
attack method is more and more. So, attack and anti-attack are thematic on the way o
IC cards development
