Ni3金属间化合物激光熔覆层的组织与性能

摘要:以镍粉及铝粉的混合粉末为熔覆材料,配比了Ni,AI粉末成分,采用激光熔覆技术,在(235钢基体表面制备了NMiA1合金涂
层,分析了涂层的组织结构及形成机理,研究了其抗高温氧化性能。结果表明:采用合适的激光熔覆参数可以获得表面质量及结合
性能良好的MiAI合金涂层,涂层主要由y-Ni3A及γMi构成。涂层组织均匀细密,没有明显的方向性。涂层显微硬度约为基体的
6倍,抗高温氧化性能约为基体的4倍。

Abstract: ial coating was prepare on (235 steel substrate sur aee y laser cladding using mixed powder of nickel powder and aluminum
power with proportion of Ni AL. Micmtructure, composition and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating were investigated. The
results show that NIAL coating with good surface quality and bonding property can be obtained by appropriate laser ealdding parameter. The
coating mainly consists of Ni; Al and Y-NI. The mic hardness and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating is aboul 2.6 time
and 4 times of that of @235 steel slist rate

N-AL系合金具冇密度低、抗腐蚀性及抗高温氧化空航天发动机叶片、石油及化工领域高温零件表面防
性优良等特点,是重要的高温结构材料。其中,护、工业涡轮机等高温结构的热障涂层?。目前,N
NiAI金属间化合物和Ni3A⊥金属间化合物由于熔点AI系热障涂层通常采用等离子喷涂的方法制备,喷涂
高,是非常具有澘力的高温抗氧化材料,广泛被用作航过程中易造成涂层氧化,且涂层结合性不强,容易剥
落。激光熔覆利用高能激光束可以将熔覆材料与基材
