摘要:介绍了木丝水泥板作为免拆模板及保温材料在国外的应用,对在国内工程中的应用需要解决的技术问题进行了分析,
通过试验研究改进了木丝水泥板的性能,对木丝水泥板外墙外保温系统的构造进行了合理的设计。通过试点工程应用,研究了木丝
水泥板作为免拆模板的施工技术,并对施工要点作了总结,供相关技术人员参考

Abstract: In this paper, the authors present brief introduction of the overseas application of wood wool cement board as per-
manent shuttering and insulation material, analyze the technology problems that should be resolved in domestic projects, then im-
prove the performance of wood wool cement board through test research and design reasonable conformation of external wall insula
tion system of wood wool cement board. Through application in pilot projects, the authors research the construction techniques of
wood wool cement board as permanent shuttering and summarize construction key points which can be referred by correlative engi
neers

燃烧性能达B1级,属难燃材料,可作为装饰面板、吸声板、保
温板、免拆模板(兼做保温板)、墙板等应用于建筑中(见图
木丝水泥板(WWCB, Wood Wool Cement Boaroの)也称为2),是一种多用途的节能环保绿色材料。木丝水泥板还可与聚
水泥木丝板,是以硅酸盐水泥等为胶凝材料,以经过矿化处苯乙烯、聚氨酯、岩棉等绝热材料复合成为中芯夹层的三明治
