摘要
基于铝型材挤压过程的生产及工艺信息管理系统设计
摘要
利用信息技术,在网络环境下建立企业管理信息系统对于减轻工作人
员的劳动强度,提高工作质量和效率,提高信息资源的利用率和管理水平
都有十分重要的意义。
以福建省南平铝业有限公司(以下简称:南铝公司)铝加工分厂为应
用背景,针对铝型材挤压生产工艺的独有特点,开发了一个能覆盖同类行
业的管理、生产计划、挤压生产、模具维护等各主要部门的集成化管理信
息系统。
为了满足企业网络化和集成化的需要,系统基于三层结构的分布式客
户/服务器模式( Client/ Server)构建,数据库选用多用户大型关系数据库
系统 MS SQL Server2000充分保证了数据库的大容量和高度安全性。本系
统中客户端及中间层应用程序的开发工具采用 Delphic.0,它具有开发界面
直观、操作简单、功能强大等优点,对后台数据库的访问采用BDE接口技
术
该系统能及时反馈挤压生产过程的各种管理和生产状态,将各种管理
信息按客观规律高度集成和快速处理,给企业决策者提供决策依据。该系
统设计新颖,功能齐全,界面友好,操作方便,实现了生产管理的科学化
高效化。系统提供界面友好的在线帮助,増强了系统的透明性,使用户可
以在短时间内掌握系统的运行原理。应用结果表明,该系统具有很强的实
用性和稳定性
最后通过实例给出了面向铝型材挤压生产过程的信息管理系统,管理
系统的应用方法与过程、信息的检索与管理完全符合铝加工企业的管理模
式和生产过程的特点,实施方便,节省时间与费用,可有效促进铝加工企
业的信息集成,提升铝加工企业的信息化管理水平。

Production And Schedule In Extruding Alu minium Profiles
Abstract
Make use of the information technique and establish management
information system of enterprise, which is benefinicial to alleviating
managers"labour intensity, increasing the work quality and efficiecy,
increasing the untilization rate of the information resource. In addition, it will
play an important role in improving the moderm management level of the
enterprise.
Under the background of Extruding Aluminium Profiles in the
Aluminium Works of Fujian Nanping Aluminium Company Limited (Nanping
Aluminium) the deviser developed an integration management information
system which includes most department, such as management, planning
extruding Aluminium profiles, maintaining dies
For meeting the need of network and integration for corporation, the
system was based on three tiers distributed Client/Server net model. The
deviser selected the Microsoft SQL Server2000 as database. It is a large
relation database system, which can guarantee the databases big capacity and
the high safety. Delphi6.0 is the application program development tool in
client and middle tier, the BDE technology is used to as interview towards
backstage database
This system can feedback all kinds of status in time, such as extruding
Aluminium profiles, maintaining dies. And theh the system integrate and
deal with those information rapidly by objective laws, so that the manager of
the enterprise make decision accurately
The system has may merits. such as novel design, various function
triendly interface, convenient operation. It makes the management of scientific
research and produce more scientific and effcient. Improving the opening of
