1范围
本标准规定了通用集装箱钢材表面涂装前的常用表面处理方法、工艺要求及其检验方法、涂料施工
规范等。其他类型集裝箱可参照使用。
本标准适用于道用榘装箱钢材表面处理和涂料施工。

3钢材表面处理要求
3.1原材料
3.1.1检查钢材表面是否有铁锈、氧化皮及其他污染物
3.1.2按ISO8501-1,钢材锈蚀等级分为A、B、C、D四个等级,C、D级不宜使用
3.1.3表面残留大量顽固附着物的钢材,不应使用。
