高介电常数聚酰亚胺/钛酸钡杂化薄膜的
制备及性能硏究

摘要:采用两相法制备油酸(OA)包覆的钛酸钡(BaiOっ)纳米晶,将OA表面的双键进行氧化反应使OA改
性,将改性后的 BATIO纳米晶与聚酰胺酸(PAA)接枝,采用旋涂以及烧结工艺制备聚酰亚胺(PI)/ Ballio3杂化薄
膜。并且对杂化薄膜进行形貌、电性能等表征。结果表明,改性后的纳米晶能均匀地分散在P1基体中,并且PI/
Batio2杂化薄膜的相对介电常数随着BaiO2纳米晶体积分数的增加而增加,可达到PI薄膜的14倍,在微电子领域具
有广阔应用前景。

Abstract: Oleic acid-capped Balio nanocrystals were synthesized by two phase approach. Then the
carbon-carbon double bond of oleic acid (A) on the nanocrystals surface was modified by oxidation
reaction. Modified BATIO; nanocrystals were then grafted on the main chain of polyamic acid(PAA)
Finally, polyimide/BATIO -nanocrystals hybrid thin films were formed by spin-coating and sintering process
The hybrid thin films were characterized of morphology and performance. The experimental results confirmed
that Bat i0 nanocrystals were well dispersed and embedded in the hybrid thin films. And the relative
dielectric permittivity of Pl/Bati0 -nanocrystals hybrid thin films increase with the increase of BATIO
nanocrystals. The hybrid thin films with 14 times the relative dielectric permittivity of pure polyimide thin
films had a wide application prospect in micro-electronics field

介电常数是指在电场作用下,物质的电荷发生偏笼子里会发生较大距离的移动,但仍是束缚电荷,不
向(而不是远距离的定向移动)的能力。介电常数能发生远距离的移动而形成电流,这就是高介电常数
与物质的电子云有关,也与東缚电荷有关。如果把一的原理,介电材料的介电常数可达到数千乃至数万。
个高电荷的离子放在一个体积较大的笼子里,离子在钛酸钡( Ball io2)就是这样的一种高介电材料,在
