随着计算机和通信技术的飞速发展,现代企业实现信息化是大势所趋。本文以政
府部门和大型企事业单位的办公自动化系统需求为基础,应用JAVA技术设计实现了
大型企业的办公自动化系统。本系统采用JAVA和EXT2.0进行开发,遵循J2EE标准。
本系统具有以下几个特点:完善的功能、部署快速、定制广泛、便于调整、扩展性好
等
本系统采用BS架构,简化了客户端的配置,普通客户端电脑即可满足系统应用,
用户通过浏览器就可实现办公,减少系统维护升级的成本及工作量,降低用户总成本。
本系统以强大工作流为基础,拥有个人办公、移动办公等核心功能。基于浏览器
及手机的移动办公版本,涵盖主要日常办公功能。以测览器和手机终端为载体,使用
有线和无线网络与服务器系统进行连接,建立起一套灵活的移动化应用办公信息系统。
其中移动办公将内部办公自动化系统扩展应用到移动终端的方式,帮助用户摆脱时间
和空间的限制,可以随时随地关联内部办公自动化系统。
本系统建成后,将取代传统的办公事务处理过程中大量信息的整理工作,并起到
辅助办公的作用,加强领导以及各级部门之间的协同工作。不仅能提高单位的整体办
公效率、实现无纸办公,而且使得个人办公更加轻松、有效,更富有活力。通过电子
图章、电子身份认证等安全认证子系统,为无纸化传输提供可靠的保障。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, modern
information technology is the trend. Office automation system needs to government
departments and large enterprises, based on JAVA technology designed and implemented
