摘要
在知识经济初见端倪的今天,世界各国尤其是西方发达国家十分重视科技创
新,通过各种渠道给予资金支持,并制定一系列优惠政策,形成了较为完善的风
险投资机制,加快其高新技术产业化发展,推动其经济的高速增长。面对全球化
的竞争和挑战,我国政府明确提出加强技术创新,发展高科技,实现产业化。这
在客观上要求有与之相适应的资金投入和适合中国国情、高效、有序的风险投资
机制。
本文从科技创新对经济发展的重要作用出发,总结了发达国家风险投资的经
验和发展模式。针对我国风险投资发展中存在的问题,综合运用宏观经济学、现
代管理学、政策学、证券投资学、资本市场理论、效用理论等,分析了目前较为
普遍的几种风险投融资渠道,研究了创业板市场与风险投资机制的关系以及相互
影响。对比分析了发达国家、发展中国家创业板市场的体制和运行机制,论述了
设立我国创业板市场的必要性和可能性,明确提出应尽快建立我国创业板市场和
注意政策导向、利益共享、风险共担、效率优先、多元化筹资等原则,并对发展
