    要:为促琎桥梁快速范工技术发晨并减轻既有中小跨径混凝土桥梁病害,开展一种槽形
    钢采一预制混凝土桥面板组合梁的设计研究。槽形钢梁中心间距3.2m,在梁端及跨内分别设置
    板式与桁架式横联,在钢梁上異缘设置簇钉群作为剪力件。每块预制板的纵向长度取2.96m,横
    向宽度可根据现场运条件癩定。该組合梁可采用无支架拼装施工,即先以铜主梁支承预制桥面
    板,并在形成组合結构后承受二期恒载与活載。对比現有的横向装配式预应力混凝土小箱粱,装
    配式钢一混组合梁可降低梁高7%~10%,滅少自重30%~37%,其所采用的预制单元划分策略和
    簇钉群连接技术有利于提高桥梁建设遠度和质量。

    Steel Tub Girders and Precast Concrete Deck Slabs

    Abstract: To promote the accelerated bridge construction technique and to mitigate the com-
    mon distresses in the existing short and medium span concrete bridges, a composite girder with the
    multiple steel tub girders and precast concrete deck slabs has been designed and developed. The
    center-to-center spacing between the steel tub girders is 3. 2 m, At the ends and in the span ranges
    of the tub girders, the steel plate and steel truss transverse bracings are respectively arranged and
    on the upper flanges of the tub girders, the group clustered studs are arranged and are to be use
    as the shear connectors. The longitudinal length of each precast concrete deck slab is 2.96 m and
    the width of the slab can be determined according to the site shipment condition. The composite
    girder herewith can be assembled, using the unshored construction method, i. e. the steel tub gird-
    ers are used to firstly carry the precast concrete deck slabs during the construction and then to car-
    ry the second phase dead load ard live load after the composite structure is formed. Compared with
    the existing transversely assembled prestressed concrete box girders, the composite girder can re
    duce the girder depth by 7%-10% and the girder self weight by 30%--37%. The strategy of the
    prefabricated element dividing and the technique of the clustered stud connection of the composite
    girder can greatly accelerate the bridge construction and improve the construction quality.
