Abstract] Objective: To explore the imageology features of sclerosing stromal tumor of the ovary(SST)in five
immature females. Methods Clinical datas, CT and ultrasonic appearances of five cases with SST of the ovary were
analyzed retrospectively. Results: The maximum diameter of tumors of SST was 4. 3cm-16. 2cm, with limpid boun
cary and buninoid or similar to buninoid shape. The internal component of two tumors was solid, and that of the other
three tumors was cystidium and solid mixed, with predominantly solid in two cases and cystidium in one case. Contrast
enhanced CT scans showed enhancement significantly in the solid part and no enhancement in cystidium part. The
edge of solid part of multiple cases had initiate enhancement at the arterial phase, with inward diffusion and continu-
ous enhancement at delayed phase. Ultrasound showed solid moderate echopattern had relatively affluent blood flow
signals, with predominantly circumjacent part. There was no blood flow signal in cystidium part with echoless or floc
cose weak echo. Conclusion: SST of ovary in immature females has some specific CT and ultrasonic features, with fur

【摘要】目的:探讨未成年女性卵巢硬化性间质瘤的影像学特征。方法:收集5例未成年女性卵巢硬化性间
质瘤患者的临床资料、CT及超声图像特征进行回顾性分析。结果:5例卵巢硬化性间质瘤肿瘤最大直径
约4.3cm-16.2cm,轮廓清晰,形态多呈类圆形或卵圆形,2例内部呈实质性,3例呈蘗实混合性(2例以实性
为主,1例以囊性为主)。CT增强扫描后显示,实性部分明显强化,囊性部分无强化,多表现为动脉期实性部
分白边缘开始强化,逐渐向内扩散,延迟扫描呈持续强化;超声图像显示瘤体实性部分呈中等回声,血流显示
较丰高,以周边为主,囊性部分呈无回声或伴絮状弱回声,均无血流显示。结论:未成年女性卵巢硬化性间质
瘤具有一定的CT和超声表现特征,可提高该病的诊断准确率。
