    摘要】目的检测大肠瘤癌旁组织和正常大肠粘膜组织端粒长度变化,探讨其在大肠癌发生发展中的临
    床意义。方法应用 Southern-blo技术,检测30例大肠癌及相应癌旁组织和正常大肠粘膜的端粒限制
    性:片段长度( telomeric restriction fragment TRF)。结果大肠癌平均TRF为6.90±1.53kb,较痛旁组织(9.85
    士0.42kb)及正常大肠粘膜(10.43±0.21kb)明缩短,其中大肠痛イ15例TRF缩短,6例TRF延长;且TRF
    在大肠癌Dkes分期的进展过程中不断缩短, Dukes D期(5.87±2.13kb)明显短于 Dukes C期(6.28±1.47
    kb)和利B期(7.55±2.32kb)。结论端粒长度随大肠癌发展而缩短,端粒的短缩与大肠癌的发生发展密切
    相关,可能是反映大肠癌进展的一个重要的生:物学标志。

    Abstract Ojective T explore the role of telomeric restriction fragment (TRF) in the progress of colorectal
    blor shesis. Methods TRF was measured in 30 cancer tissues, adjacent tissues, normal sucoma by southern
    blot technique. Results TRFIN cancer tissue was much shorter than in the adjacent tissues and normal sucoma, 15
    TRF reduced and 6TRF elongated in the cancer tissues. TRF was decreased gradually along with the development of
    cancer stage. Conclusion The telomere length of colorectal carcinoma may be shorter with the development of clini-
    cal staging, which may be closely related to the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma. The abnormal
    condition of telomere may be one of important biologic markers for colorectal cancerous progression
