〔摘要】最近研究表明,雌激素可以快速透导动物产生痛觉过敏,机械痛阈下降。这种快速作用无法通过经典
的雌激-核受体途径解释。G蛋白偶联雌激素受体( T-protein- coupled estrogen receptor,GPER)是新发现的雌
激素受体,在细胞膜和细胞质内均有分布,属于G蛋白偶联受体(G- protein-coupled receptors, GPCRS)家族,可
以通过第二倌使产生快速作用。雌激素对于机械痛的快速作用效果可能是通过GPER产生的。本文综合分析
了GPER在机械痛快速调节中的作用,并且分析了GPER可能的下游机制。

Abstract) According to recent studies, estrogen can induce mechanical hyperalgesia in animals. Pain
threshold decreases within minutes after estrogen administration. This quick effect of estrogen cannot
be explained by the classic genomic pathway through estrogen receptors(ERS). G-protein-coupled
estrogen receptor(GPER), a member of G-protein-coupled receptors(GPCRS),can act rapidly through
