    固溶冷却速率对IN738LC合金组织及性能的影响

    摘要:研究了固溶处理过程中不同冷却速率对TN738TC合金纽织及性能的影响。研究结果表明,γ'相尺寸随固溶处理后的冷却速
    率提高而减小,y'相形貌也随着冷却速率的提高而更加规则,从而使拉伸强度和持久性能随冷却速率的提高而嶒加,而伸长率?降
    低趋势。从1120℃以30~40℃/min的冷却速率冷却到850℃,再空冷到室温的热处理制度,能够使IN738⊥C合金具有最佳强度
    和塑性匹配。

    Abstract Effect of cooling rates uring solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of IN 738LC superalloy were
    investigated. The results show Ihat the size of phase ecreased with cooling rates during e solution treatment. The morphologies of y
    phase become more regular with the increase of cooling rates. The tensile strength and the endurance performance increase with cooling rates
    while the tensile elongation decrease. When rates at 30-40c/min from 1120 C to 850 ring solution rea ment, the sample can obtain
    preferable mechanical properties
