近年来,随着我国医药零售市场规模持续扩大和医药零售经营准入政策逐渐开
放,给医药零售业带来了巨大的商机,医药零售业出现了前所未有的投资热潮。上市
公司、民营资本、外资等各路资本纷纷投入,我国医药零售业在短短5年间从政策性
垄断经营的暴利时代进入了竟争激烈的战国时期。而作为我国药品零售业发展主流的
连锁药店此时尚处在未成熟的发展阶段,许多连锁药店连而不锁,亏损严重,真正的
连锁运作模式还很不健全,缺乏核心竞争力。在前所未有的挑战和机遇面前,连锁药
店的管理者们开始从麦当劳,沃尔玛等成熟的零售服务企业学习和导入它们先进的管
理模式;开始从国外的先进同行那儿学习成熟的药店经营的技巧;开始思考:中国的
连锁药店如何才能形成自己的竟争优势?
本文第一章首先阐述了连锁药店竞争优势研究的背景和意义,并对相关的研究进
行了回顾;第二章在对相关数据和事实总结的基础上概括了目前我国连锁药店发展的
九大趋势;第三章从连锁药店的具体特点出发,提出了连锁药店特有的价值链构成,
并对连锁药店的价值链进行了详细的阐述;第四章在承接第三章连锁药店价值链剖析
的基础上,从成本领先和差异化两种基本的竞争战略出发,以我国领先地位的连锁药
店为例,分析和提出了连锁药店确立竞争战略,获取竟争优势的方法;第五章总结了
本文的研究结论。
本文的创新体现在首次以价值链理论为基础,根据我国连锁药店具体的经营数据
和顾客调査数据,创新性地提出了连锁药店独具特点的价值活动和价值链构成,为连
锁药店实施正确的竞争战路,培养核心竞争力,夺取市场竞争优势奠定了基础。本文
的实践意义在于:首次通过研究确定了连锁药店的价值链构成,成本驱动因素,独特
性驱动因素,顾客价值的使用标准和信号标准,为连锁药店夺取市场竞争优势阐明了
具体的方向和途径,对连锁药店的管理实践具有积极的指导意义。

Abstract
In recent years, the medicine retail industry appeared an unprecedented investment
fever as the sacle of medicine retail market keep on extension and also SFDA do relax
admittance for medicine retail operation. So much capital coming from different field surge
into the medicine retail industry. In short 5 years, sudden huge profits disappeared and
competition is hoter and hotter in medicine retail industry Facing unprecedented challenge
and opporunity managers handling ith medicin al sta o learn operation mode from
successful company such as Macdoldn and think about how chinese chain drug-store win
the competitive advantage under current serious situation.
Firstly, I clarify background and meaning to research competitive advantage of chair
medicine sore. Secondly, basing on the actual data and the fact I summarize mine develping
trend of chain medicine store in our. hir ly, according to the concrete charactenistics
of chinese chain medicine s, I put forward special value cain of the chain meicine,
and more I clarify the val chain of chain meicine re in detail. Fourthly, basing on
value chain of a catena medicine, taking the top catena medicine store for example, I anal
and put forward competition strategy and method for a catena medicine store to get
competitive advantage. Fifthly, I make the conclusion in my research.
It is first time to take value chain theories as foundation. After analyzing the actual
data of the catena medicine store, I put forward special value activity and value chain
structure of catena medicine store, as is creative point for my research. The point very
impor ant for the catena medicine store to make correct competition strategy, develop core
competencies, seize market competitive advantage. I also clarify the value chain, the cost
factor, the speciality factor, usage standard and signal of the customer value standard, as i
very practical for the catena medicine store to win market competitive advantage b
