论文摘要
我国加入W0后,国际形势日新月异,经济全球化,竟争国际化局面已经形
成,市场竞争日趋激烈,化工产品的微利时代已经来临。沧化集团经过二十几年
的发展,从一个化工车间成长为PWC行业的龙头企业,面临着前所未有的机遇和
挑战,企业向何处去,我们应该选择怎样的发展道路,面对差距,怎样利用有限
的资源发展壮大,这就需要对自己的内部、外部环境进行深入细致地分析,加强
企业竟争战略研究,从传统管理转向基于市场竞争的战略管理模式。
本文通过理论与实际相结合的方法,针对沧化集团的实际情况,对其所处的
般环境和行业竞争环境进行了分析:继而对其主导产品PVC进行了价值链分析,
得到价值链上增值活动的关键战略环节,提出了延伸价值链内涵与培养客户忠诚
的价值链策路;对主导产品进行了SwOT分析,得出沧化利用现有竞争优势的战
略方案;基于以上分析,建立了沧化集团核心竞争力的指标体系,应用层次分析
法对沧化集团核心竟争力进行了评价;最后通过分析公司实际经营状况,提出沧
化核心竟争力培育方向与提升对策。

ABSTRAGT
With Chinas entry into the WTO, the intemational circumstances have changed
day by day, and the patterns of economic globalization and internationalized
competition have formed as well; In China, competition has become fiercer than ever
and the market of chemical products have steped into the little-profit times. Cangzhou
Chemical Industry Group Co, Ltd, a leading enterprise in the PVC industry which has
grown up from a small chemical workshop through twenty-odd years development, is
faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How does it deal with? Which
direction should it choose to go? And how can it develop itself by making full use of
limited resources? It's necessary to carry out a thoroughgoing analysis on the intemal
and external environments, deepen the study on the competitive strategy of the
company thus converting the conventional management mode to the strategic
management mode
By means of the integration of theory and practice, these analyzes general
environment and competitive environment of the company; puts forward value chain
strategy of extending the connotation of value chain and developing customer loyalty
after carrying out value chain analysis on its main product---pvc resin and getting
out the key links of value-added activities; carries out SWOT analysis on its main
product--pvc resin and gets out the strategy how to utilize the existing competitive
advantages; sets up the target system of the core competence of the company on the
basis of the above mentioned analyses; gives comments on the core competence of the
company by adopting AHP analysis; finally summarizes the countermeasures to
promote the core competence of the company.
